Thermofluid statistics Center of pressure?

Question

A lock gate rectangular section 7.2m wide. The depthof water on the lower side is 2.4m, he depth on the opposite side is is hm. The maximum allowable resultant thrust is 1.5mn. Caculate the least value of h if this thrust is not to be exceeded. This isnt my homework...I'm just revising for exams in feb and knowing the workings out will help me with revision.
