Haha, my kid has bitten me quite a few times in the past too. It wasn't bad behavior in his case, as I could always tell he was teething when he started to bite. During times when it would get bad (leaving marks all over my shoulders) I would grab his hand and bite the meaty part of his wrist, never hard enough to really hurt him but enough to get his attention. And before I get attacked for child abuse, this method was recommended by my pediatrician. It's classical conditioning from Psychology 101, where the baby learns to associate that biting someone can mean getting bit back. I'm not 100% sure if I buy into this, but it's better than doing nothing.

Its a phase..it might last a few days, weeks, months and no matter what you do or don't do, he will probably stop in the same amount of time..
Just ignore it and give him plenty of love...love fixes everything!

you should show him heaps how to kiss properly, and explain that you dont bite, we were told that if your child bites, you should bite them back only to show them it hurts...we tried this once and it worked .. so maybe he will start to copy your kisses.. good luck

No, he is not kissing, he is biting. just tell him sharply Don't bite! every time he does, and push him away. He will soom learn that you will not accept him when he bites and will stop.
