I've heard oil will run out in the next seventy something years. After it's gone, who knows. I expect we will have a new source of energy by then, as well as new technologies, and it won't be the crisis that it would be today.

Before the oil is gone we will have invented various other sources of energy. This axiom has been true throughout history. We do need however leadership that is not profiteering from oil.
