If you are talking about the para with the asterik, it makes no sense. Documents is too general a term. Are these bills of lading or rental agreements or loan docs or permits?
And, unfortunately, the paragraph beginning Dear Sir is incorrectly punctuated and unclear too.

You should re-list this question under legal topics or possibly under the country in which you live.
In the US we do not use the term "tender" as you do.
Are you speaking of Simeulue, Indonesia?
You will have much better results if you can find someone who is familiar with your business circumstances and can translate your business terminology to fit with American business terminology.

I don't even understand your short second paragraph. Is that supposed to read "It is worth NOTING that you should be willing to show your company's original documents anytime we ask for it"?

Basically, it appears that they're asking to the person to bring his company's original documents with him.
