You have a lot to learn!
It is NOT illegal to make an adult web-site: it is illegal, in certain countries, to put it on a server, and for others, to VISIT it!.
Appart from making or "lifting" the pics and movies from other websites (that is your product sources), you have to:
- get a domain,
- get a server (most servers will allow adult content with some exceptions),
- design your web-site,
- get a merchant account (banks) to get credit cards payments (most bank will refuse adult contents. I managed a toy shop with worldpay, but even that was hard).
- insert Secure Socket Layer in your system to provide safe banking transactions.
- get the IP address of all your visitors, link it to a country, and block all or part according to the rules of that country.
If you are not a web designer, you can expect an initial cost of around 3000$/€, and you will find that most web-designer will NOT do what you want.
Although I do design websites, I don't do these either.
