If you had a green scan on your toe would't you want someone to tell you?

Ask her what she did to her toe, just like you would someone with a bandage on their arm. When she answers, ask her if it might be infected because the scab is green. Friends do this.

A green scab on one's toe is kind of hard to miss. Chances are, she knows it's there and doesn't care.

I would just say
"OOOuuhhh. what the hell is that green scab thingy on your toe!?!?"
Just get it over with and it will not embarass her. Maybe she does not even know it is there.

tell her straight or say in this way "hey, you better cure your scab on the toe because I got it once and it's really painful"

just tell her but dont be to harsh on her just be like omg wuts dat on ur toe did u get hurt or sometheng just tell her by being cool about it as if its no biggy =D

Trust me, she knows...But if it is unusually green, not like just a bruise green,I`d tell her to see a doctor.

or ask her if she wants you to give her one, and casually be like "omg, what happened??"
