Elevators, bathroom stalls, coat closets, I liked the revolving door thing that other guy said (props to him), let's see he could use a duck blind, a dark curtain, the berlin wall, the great wall of China, underwater, if he ever would buy a car he could just change in that. So many places...fun question.

Traditionally, he has changed in the stock room of the Daily Planet. When he is outside somewhere, he finds someplace private, fast. In the first Chris Reeves movie, he changed in a revolving door, making it spin so fast that nobody else could get in.

Since we are talking about Superman then I would say that he can change anywhere he wants to. I sure would not argue with him on his choice of where he changes. Since he is Superman I know he would be discreet as well.

someplace where there are no cameras. (Good luck to him with that nowadays) Since he is "super fast" he SHOULD be able to change right out in the open. If not... in a garbage dumpster (what too messy?) then behind one then, in a bar (who would believe a drunks eyesight? All they see is the red from their eyes being bloodshot), port-a-potties are another choice, behind a large vehicle, there are many possibilities.

in the movie he changed while entering / exiting a cab in metropolis. enterd the right door as clark, emerged from left door as superman.
