Life – it has a meaning and loving purpose - you just have to find your purpose and live it.

I believe every person is here for a definite purpose. Each person is special and valuable; that refers to me, you, your family, friends, in fact everybody! There is a loving plan for each of our lives here on earth and there is no such thing as coincidence. I don't believe that anything in life happens by chance and that every aspect of our lives points to something deeper.

You need to decide now to live for God rather than for yourself. You spend your life on Earth preparing yourself (as best you can) for death. I don't see death as a scary, negative experience, but birth into a bliss filled eternal life with God. I believe that this is something you have to consciously choose or not during your life on earth.

The meaning of life is for us to discover that we are true children of an infinitely loving and merciful God, to find out what our responsibilities are to our Creator, and to fulfill those responsibilities. Each of us is called to affirm, accept and develop the talents God has given us. -

What life means to us depends to how we define life. How do you define life? In my opinion, life is a dynamic process. Everything that exist is life; be it matter or non-matter; physical or spiritual. The way we look at life and define life usually results from our experience with everything that is surrounding us.

In my observation, I found that there is an on-going process happening this very moment in everything that is existing. Whatever that exist for example is constantly changing. If everything that is existing is constantly changing that means everything is in a constant state of activity. That is why some people say, life is a series of interconnected activities.

The real meaning of life surface in front us when we can see how things really exist. Questions like, how do I exist? What makes me exist? Am I existing with bread alone or is there something else that makes me to exist? Scientific research in atoms have already proven the existence of non-physical element. The fact that we have 'thoughts' itself is a prove of non-physical elements. Life is more than the physical reality that we see. Can life be just a dynamic constant energy exchange? Who knows? Than comes a question, am I a soul? Is there life after death? One question or answer will lead to another. It looks like a never ending process.

What matters for me is that I know for a fact as much as you know that I and you exist. What matters is that we exist. Can we continue to exist permanently? If one day I will die, than what is the point for me to be doing whatever I am doing now? All will be wasted because it would not be useful for me when I am death. Can I overcome death? Is there a way to live even after death? Is it possible for me to visit the so called heaven or hell, while I am still alive and prove to myself their existence?

If there is a question, there should be an answer. A question cannot exist without an answer. If I ask, is there a way to prove myself the existence of life after death, while still being alive, there should be an answer. Every question has an answer. The only thing is, at the moment we do not have the answer yet. I hope this respond can help you in your journey to finding the meaning of life. Thank you for asking.

Have you read The Outsider of Albert Camus. Mersault is the outsider, disconnected with his surroundings. The book begins with the words, 'Today mother died' and from then it goes on to when he is going to be hanged. Then he yearns for the seaside, icecream, the sunshine, his girlfriend and many more things.
So I say this, the truth of life or the meaning of life is death. When you go in search for such a thing you don't realise or feel life. When you are about to die or miss death by a whisker, then you realise the meaning of life.
Like the haiku in the Bond novel goes, 'You only live twice, once when you are born and when you look death in the face.'

At 24, the meaning of life is to start living - you just got out of college, and are hopefully on your own. You are really only just leaving the safe heaven of house and family. It's what you prepared to do your entire life.

When you get older, the meaning will change as often as the day.

A very good question that many, many people struggle with. I think it is to experience things in a physical, mortal state so we can grow and learn in ways we would never be able to in a spiritual state. I believe we lived somewhere else before coming to this physical earth for knowledge and growth. I think of this time as a schooling of sorts. We take the knowledge we learned while here and get to take it with us when we return to the spiritual realm we were before earth. I know it sounds weird, but I learned this philosophy when some Mormon missionaries came to my house explaining the purpose of life. My first reaction was like many others, I suppose, but once I got thinking about it, I kinda liked the idea. I'm not trying to push any religion on you, I just wanted you to know where I got my information from. Good luck in your search!

Every life has meaning, but probably not the same meaning for all of us.

The meaning of life is individual.

For some it is Family, for others Science, for others Validation.

Personally I think the Meaning of Life is the quest to make sure your life is meaningful.

This probably means different things to different people.

The object of life is to make life better for yourself, your family, and any others you meet along the way. You cannot help everyone, but don't be discouraged when this happens. Do the best you can, and learn to recognize who can be helped and who cannot. Use your resources wisely - some people will try to take advantage of you. Cut them off.

Each person's meaning is different. No one can tell you yours. You have to find it. I do believe a part of everyone's is to leave this place better than when you got here. The more good you do the more you will find peace with in yourself and thus help you find what you’re meaning of life is.
