There has been a lot of research done on this. The basic consensus seems to be that if a person is born blind or goes blind at a very early age, they don't see in their dreams because they haven't retained visual imagery - but they do have dreams that include noise, emotion etc. Those who go blind later in life have visual dreams that are not often as sharp as those of people who are not blind. There are so many studies that say different things, but that does seem to be the basic findings.

I am not sure and I'm too lazy to research it, but I think I have heard before that they do. If they have always been blind then their dreams may look different than a seeing person, but many blind people have rich visualizations of what things in reality look like, their dreams are probably based on that.

I listened to an interview of a blind person who had vision for a short time. He still had dreams that visualized things that he had seen.

i guess it depends when they became blind...because if they had memories of stuff and became blind in an accident or something, im guessing they could, but if they were born that way or became at a very young age, i dont think so because the brain has no memories of objects or colors or things to jumble them up and make them in a dream.

If they are born blind, they can't. If the are not, they can, but the images are not up to date since they become blind.
How ever, they are said to be able to hear, feel, taste, smell... in their dreams.
