If karma doesn't caught up to him, his old heart will give out so the chances of him dying earlier than he should are possible.
Steve-O has Cardiomyopathy which means his heart is a lot older than his body. Steve-O says he has the heart of a 90 year old man.

Well there's no evidence of anything happening after we die. Because of that there's no REASON to believe that anything does, in fact happen after we die. Of course we don't know for sure and because there is no evidence it could quite possibly mean we just haven't found the evidence yet. But because there is no evidence there is no need to believe that anything happens after we die. Plus the ideas of an eternal heaven/hell are absolutely rubbish if you take into account that there is no reason to believe in Christianity as opposed to any other pagan religion. I think he is lucky to still be alive. He has done some pretty crazy stunts and is still alive if they do a Jackass3 I don't think any of them will live. They will all live pretty short lives and if they do live long lives I am sure they will probably be painful and memorable and they might wonder why they were so crazy to do all that stuff.

it is a serious possibilty! There are a lot of boxers and wrestlers and sports people that got banged around in their lifetime and they died at an early age because of it, or got some sort of disability from it.
So yes, it's possible for Steve-O to have some damage in his body from all the punishment he has given it!

I think he must be very fit to do the energetic stuff he does. They all seem quite healthy looking. ( EXCEPT PERHAPS PRESTON). So unless something happens a la steve irwin he'll live a good long life.
