sometimes i feel hopeless and just sit in my room in dark in one corner and cry ?

when you're feeling like that you must try and force yourself to be with other people, even tho you may not feel like it, it often will lift your heart a bit. also, while it is normal to feel down like this sometimes, you must maybe think about seeing someone / speak to someone about it if it carries on for a long time. even if you just chat to a friend. and writing down how you feel also helps

Firstly, sorry to hear that you sometimes feel like that.

Secondly, to pull myself out of feeling hopeless and depressed, I would get wrapped up and go for a long walk. I know that sounds a cliche (and I hate cliches) but it really does have a positive effect on the mind. Also getting your feelings out in the open either with a friend or down on paper can help lots. And lastly, force yourself to do something your fearful of or set yourself a challange for the near future, something to keep you motivated.

Im sure your not hopeless, every body is special for something and is on this planet for a purpose. Never fee Hopeless.

But when you do try doing something. LIke write and draw stuff, what your feeling.

Ring a friends, and go hnag out.

Try and watch movies.

Do something you know you are good at!!

That depends. What are you passionate about? What do you love to do? When I get like that I write poetry, play my guitar or I listen to music, sometimes I draw or read. Those are all things I love to do. It really depends on you and what makes you happy. Find your passion and run with it.
