SWOT Analysis is a trend used in companies to assess the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and eventual threats. You have to define each of these within the company so as to be fully aware of what are the steps to be taken and sail or fly to the good health of the company. This tool shows in detail a snapshot of the company's health,an objective analysis vis-a- vis the market place and its competitors.
In the industry there are a great number of competitors and you must size your company and business accordingly to carry out such an analysis.
It is interesting to know from where are calling because each country or city etc will differ in its operations and market.
