Your question arise another question here that what sort of personality you want to change; there are multiple perspectives of our personalities. Yes with a little practice and exercise we can change our self. Like I change my personality of forgetting, with a little practice I have developed a better memory now. So it is possible to change a few things about your personality very easily.

Day by day............it's like being a young child......you truly have to think about what you are doing. Let's say you were one to judge..............you may still be that way but you have to say to yourself.......ok nope not gonna judge.......there but for the grace go I.... cuz' we all know, we could be in the same place as others if we didn't change our thoughts, actions, etc. (personality)....just think about what you want to change about yourself and when you trip up, step back and say to YOU, notgonnadoit! Other people will still be the same........but you will be a better person for not acting like your "old" self. And by thinking about your actions/thoughts before anything else, you will realize how much of a better person you are! By asking the question, you are well on your way to changing yourself!
Good Luck! Ã

I assume you want to change your personality for the better.
The key to improving your personality is awareness. With this i mean being aware of what is happening around you and how youa re reacting to them. This might need some getting used to, as quite often we just react to a situation without giving any second thought about it.
So, decide on which aspects of your personality do you want to change. Then, decide how you would like it to be. After that, you need to start observing your behaviour with regards to the targeted personality traits and slowly and consciously modifying them.

you can change your personality by more interactions, mixing, mingling with people, making conversation. There are courses for personality development and communication. Enroll in these courses. Have a positive attitude, and put in the effort and you can definitely see your personality developing.

I don't think it's possible to change your personality, or at least not very easily. If you try to be something you're not, you're not going to be happy. Why do you want to change your personality anyway?

Your question doesn't really make much sense. The definition of personality isn't a nascent, static object. It's a dynamic collection of a number of various traits that is completely relative depending on the point of view.

Try a new team sport, or go to a bar that you normally wouldn't and experience the opposite to what you have been.
