What is the deal? I've been regular for years! Then my husband has his vasectomy reversal (yay!). That month I was regular, but since then I'm 2-4 days later than my normal cycle and my periods are different too. I'm trying to not baby obsess or stress out too much. I'm trying to not overplan things. I'm just wondering, other women that have had your periods go irregular for no reason, how long did it take before your cycles reestablished themselves into a normal pattern? Don't tell me take a pill or read a book. I'd just like help from others that have had this frustration. Thanks!

It's probably just the stress/excitement that you are trying for a baby. Try to relax a liitle more.

Have sex every other day through your whole cycle. This will mean you will not miss your fertile period of your cycle and gives you a better chance of becoming pregnant than doing it every day as it gives your blokes sperm count a chance to get back to its regular levels. Doing it every day can cause them to be slightly lower.
