I like hearing the rain lashing against the window and on the roof .. somehow it seems calming. I also like watching everything light up blue when there is a long flash of lightning. I don't like the thunder though ... it can get really loud and even shake the windows.

I like seeing the lightning, and I also like to watch the clouds. The thunder is kind of soothing, as long as it is a hrmless thunderstorm, and not a tornado, or severe thunderstorm.

I love the way the air smells and the nice darkness is so peaceful. The tapping of the rain drops on the roof or on myself is just hypnotic. The flashes of lightning are beautiful, especially when they light up the night sky. The thunder and the force is just natures way of showing Man who is really boss...the sheer power and force of each blow.

sitting in my apartment, listening. my mom used to love the rain. I like it if I'm inside. Like to look out the window. It's soothing.
