'cause i need 2 go 2 bed, school tomorrow, and it's almost 4 am for me. and i have a big test tomorrow and i cant fall asleep!!! and i keep on coming back on P&S!!!!

here's good wayys my friends cousin taught me 2 days go...

think of a song or the sound of crickets, then think of the most peaceful place. then you just kinda drift into sleep.

another wayy is this...

think of something you REALLY want to do or soemthing that what mke you REALLY excited, then you drift into a dream while your still kinda awake. just make surethe room is noiseless, the smallest noise could wake you up from your dream, then you end up falling asleep.

or if all else fails try this(last)

put on a movie that you've seen a million times and youll fall asleep.

Drink warm milk, read a book, watch television, or grab your coffee and stay up! A lot of people do that the day before school. Then maybe you can take a long nap after.

Read a good book and listen to some soothing music. You will soon get distracted and forget to stay awake. Sounds stupid, but it works for me.

Put on a really boring movie and watch it while lying down! That always works for me!

TRY TURNING OFF ALL THE LIGHTS AND JUST BE STILL.
SOMETIMES HAVING ON A FAN WILL HELP, THE COOL AIR AND THE SOFT HUMMING SOUND CAN BE QUITE RELAXING.

ALTHOUGH, I'M NOT THE BEST ONE TO ANSWER THIS. I CAN NEVER SLEEP!! MY DOCTOR EVEN PUT ME ON AMBIEN AND I LAY AWAKE ON THAT!!

eat a piece of bread with somthing in it. not sweet.
and dont take sleeping pills they're effect can last for days and could be dangerous
good night.

i know how hard it is to get off here but i just close down my computer and lay down with the fan on me and snuggle my man and off to sleep i go
