When I was little I always loved to rake up the leaves in our yard in the Fall. When I was done raking up a big pile....I would lean the rake up against the tree and stand at the edge of the pile with my arms open wide. Tilting my head back I would look at the saphire blue sky and fall backwards into the leaves. What fun!!! I hadn't thought about that in years....I miss trees. Arizona doesn't have trees that turn colors in the fall (not like they do back East anyway!!)

well my dad is kind of a hype and he takes care of "deals" for the local drug addicts and has to walk down this street every day. every time I'd visit him He'd have to leave to go somewhere and I had never gone with him, of course. so one day, recently for the first time I actually went w. him and on the way there I grabbed a leaf from one of the trees and saved it. so yeah. nice memory from one little leaf.

Just a few weeks ago my son and I collected a bunch in the back of his dump truck. Then we sat in the driveway and glued them on paper and made a little "Fall Day" collage. It's a sweet memory.

witha piece of gum, some string, baking soda and a leaf, u can make a small bomb! i saw it on McGuiver once...
