oh wow...you are most definitely NOT fat and most definitely DO NOT and SHOULD NOT lose weight. If you do, you will be skinny in an unhealthy way, from what you've said, you're already skinny and a good/reasonable/healthy weight. Please reconsider your decision and don't go judging your weight on what you see on TV or celebrities (not saying that you do, but just in case). But, if you really really want to, just make sure that you're eating healthy and exercising, that's all.

well firstly, u can`t lose weight that fast, but if u want to lose a bit of weight, you should do it steadily and HEALTHILY. like exercising at least 30 minutes each day of the week & eating healthy foods like fruits give u alotta energy & they barely have any calories! g`luck!

You can't loose weight fast. You didn't gain it fast. Don't let your weight define you. If you want to be slimmer/smaller, start being more active, eat less and do it gradually, the same way you gained it.
