DEFINITELY NOT. I had 2 boyfriends in the past 3 yrs and had 4 suitors. I'm experiencing the same situation, too (chubby blah). Though last month i weighed 150 lbs, and now, i weigh 10lbs less. I engaged in swimming and badminton, and took weight loss pills (Xenical). I ate foods rich in fiber, and brown rice as a substitute to my white rice. 'Cause 3 cups of brown rice is equivalent to a cup of white rice. Since you want exercises that involve walking, try jogging, that's easy. Or brisk walking. Or just plain walking. Whichever way, it'll help you lose weight. Then try going up and down the stairs several times. In our PE class, our warm up was from the 5th floor we had to go down to the basketball court (which is just near the building) then we'd jog/run 10 times around the basketball court (without stopping!) and go back up to the 5th floor. It was all good though 'cause it helped me lose weight. You don't have to buy clothes just so you could look pretty. Maybe you could put oomph in your clothes without buying. Mix things up! Don't be afraid to experiment and to try new things. Use a scarf/shawl as a headband, a belt or an accessory. Things like that. Be creative! Be resourceful! If you feel and think that you're not sexy, it's time to upgrade your look. Let loose your beautiful locks, wear tops that reveal major cleavage (hehe), etc. Don’t ever think that you’re unattractive just because you’re a “big” girl-- size doesn’t matter, and curves are in! you sound sad my lady. well you have to start working out and getting in shape, you gotta take action and attack the fat that has invaded your body. now walking that helps but leme tell you what realy helps first you have to do light weight training done at a heart pumping cardio pase, sit ups and crunches are a gut killer, just do them every day and you will increase your lean mass within and get rid of fat, also walking is good because you are using energy and the more lean mass( muscle) you have the more energy and calories you will burn, then you can start jogging and so on to burn even more energy and fat. finaly you need dedication, the weight is not going to come off in a day or a week, but it will in a couple of months, as you do this you will love to work out and you will keep a sexy trimed body and a happy husban ( make sure he thanks me for this when it has all worked for you). so yes go to the store and buy some weights and do light weight training, which means lots of reps that make you sweat and trains your muscle. now you will know that an exersise is working when you feel pain in you muscles( i am talking the good kind of pain) pleasing soreness. and finaly do abs every other day, but make sure you feel the soreness is there try to think that if there soreness is not there your not killing fat and thats not good, thats a good one lol think of that soreness pain as a fat killer.

Exercise is the key to all your concerns!Commit yourself to an exercise plan that combines 1. Cardio - walking/treadmill, bike, dancing, 2. Weights (best way to tone and lose kilos) 3. Stretching - yoga & pilates.

Exercise alone is not the way to lose the extra pounds. That is just half of it. Eating healthy contributes to losing those pounds. Fasting is not recommended since you need energy to pleasure your spouse. Sex is also one good area of exercise. A typical night can burn as much as 1000 calories. Just promise yourself not to eat after that. You might have lost a thousand but you might gain twice as much after the match. Sex does not involve walking Lol :) Since you are hubby and wife, it's legal so this opinion cannot be considered obscene. One more tip... Deep Breathing while having sex burns more calories because of the increased Oxygen intake. Sex also inhibits depression so you won't really get depressed and binge out. Just love your body and your body will love you back and It Will shape up...:)

if your neighborhood isn't safe...drive to a local gym and walk on the treadmill...start off light and then in a couple weeks up the number of minutes. it builds endurance when you walk on the treadmill in "hill" program. its going to help you get in shape. this is coming from someone who has worked out in the past alot but hasn't recently. you aren't alone. i hate it too. i am thinking about walking around my neighborhood tomorrow. if you want to look pretty without spending too much...look for maybe a negligee on ebay or something for alot less the cost. or maybe your hubby getting to the mail and seeing that may be a reason not to shop online. just try to work with what you got. i mean if that lingerie on your honey moon don't fit....look for something that makes you feel sexy in it. i'm sure that you will boost your esteem to dress in what makes you feel attractive. good luck!

actually, it's been proven that guys really do prefer girls with a little meat on them rather than a girl who's like Paris Hilton skinny if you know what i mean...i noticed that i had started to gain weight, so i just started walking everyday...and trying to eat a little bit healthier...walking everyday at least a mile, and keeping on a diet of 3 meals a day should keep you from gaining anything...eating less than 3 meals a day, is really bad for your metabolism...even if you are eating 3 small meals a day, it still keeps your metabolism from making you gain weight...
also, another thing that keeps weight off is, believe it or not, drinking a whole lot of water before going to sleep...you drink the water before you sleep, and you get up to go to the bathroom, but doing that actually makes you lose weight...kinda a weird thing, but it really does work...
