The ugly woman can always buy herself some plastic sugery. No amount of money makes a stupid person more beautiful or smarter.
I suspect the most important question here really is what to do with a man who's ugly and dumb. Who could possibly want him if he's rich?

I prefer not to go out with a girl who is rich or a girl who is too smart, so I guess i'd go with the beautiful girl! :)
