im a girl and im the point guard on my team and i play for most of the game, i find myself losing stamina quickly and i need some advice that will help me improve my energy and all of that

yes we do run, we have practice 6 days a week for 2 hours or 3 sometimes and on the 3 hour days which are usually mon, wed,and fri we do about 1 hour of conditioning, i just feel like im low on energy even though we do that and on the days we dont do an hour of conditioning we do about 30 mins at least
