I just graduated college in August. This is only a temporary position, but does this seem like an average wage for someone just out of college with no experience? It works out to about $28,000 per year. I live in Texas by the way if that has anything to do with it.

With no experience, it may be a fair wage, depending on your industry. Keep in mind things like union dues, overtime opportunites and payment, and paid holidays. These can really affect the job.

Depends on what kind of degree you graduated with and what industry you went into. Keep in mind that some fields pay a lot less than others, even with a degree.

Seems a little low, especially for Texas. I would think 32,000 + benefits min. for a Bachelor's.
