What is the number one program used for downloading music and movies with no per download fees?

I would buy the program, just don't want to pay a fee for every movie or song I download. Just not sure what program is safe to use.

I personally use torrents, but the program "Limewire" works as well, just not as many options.

u can download a file off the internat call limewire at: www.limewire.com
and if u just choose the basic download and u can get free movies and music and its really cheap if u get the real deal 20 bucks a yr but u can try the basic for free
