To ask a Question the time it takes depends on how serious a question I'm asking.
Time on Answers depends if it's a silly or serious question. If I feel it's serious I take my time.

You know, I dont think. Why? Its a question, not a test. Its not like I care what people think of my answer. I'll answer with whatever is in my head at the moment, and that's all, simple as that. It's not rocket science. :) PEACE.

I give all of my questions and answers thought,(depending on the question, I don't do like research and put up references, but kudos to those who take the time ) I don't just put a bunch of crap up, but of course that is my opinion and I am sticking to it.

It depends...
Sometimes, it just flows, sometimes I have to 'clean' my thoughts...
& when I answer an English question, I sometimes have translation problems! For I am French-speaking!!!
