Wow I used to wonder the same thing! I think that it has nothing to do with social class, race ect. Things like riches can actually in my opinion, keep you further away fron the source of happiness. I learned this from times in my life where I seemed to have it all on the outside and I even fooled myself into thinking that I was happy. But it just creates more anxiety to know that your happiness is dependant on material. or anything for that matter. True happiness comes from knowing that you created it and can access it anytime no matter what situation youre in. Life is funny always changing. You never know whats going to happen, so the answer is to create happiness on the inside and be prepared to access it when things dont go your way. Many people are under the misconception and think "if I were a rich ___(race) person who lived in ___, I'd be happy. Sometimes those people are the most miserable because they have never discovered what's inside themselves because theyve been so distracted with things that could never cause happiness. Some of the happiest times in my life was when I had the least, because it forced me to look inward. There, I found things that I knew only I had (like my kids, my talents, my Faith). Those things made me feel so special to belong to me because anyone could find or win money, or get a big house, or get surgery to look any way, but I KNEW I was so special for God to bless me with such things.
OH and to answer your other question, the happiest person in the world is the one who knows this, and the most miserable person probably has everything- and is still looking out there for more.

What that's a pretty simple question! There are many ways to be happy in life. Some are wrong and some are right! But there are probably a list a list of thing to do to have happiness but I believe there is only a few really good ones.
There's nothing that makes us happier then knowing that's there's someone out there who loves us. Whether its a family member, a companion, a friend or even a pet. As long as we know there's someone it makes us feel comforted.
But sometimes, it's hard to find someone that truly loves you but trust me there is always someone there!
And too answer you're other question, the happiest person on earth would have to be broke. Because when you're rich any one would say they love you to try and get money and sometimes you can't tell if there real or not. But if you're not Rich, when someone says they love you you know they mean it cause there is no material things they gain buy saying it.

To answer the question quite simply, to be truly happy is a feeling of total peace of mind. The people that are happiest in this world are the ones who do not have to, or do not choose to let undesirable emotions (fear, stress, sadness) occur. Now, is there anyone who can go through the troubles of life and block out all those emotions and/or have everything they could ever desire in a true state of bliss? Probably not, as we all know stories of jaded millionaires, but some people come close.
To have the mental ability to accept AND enjoy where and who you are in life with all of it's baggage is the key to happiness.

I think it truly comes down to helping others. No matter what economic level a person is, in any part of the world, they always have the ability to help another person or people in some way. When you volunteer for the less fortunate or just do a little something special for someone down, it's a pure form of happiness that comes over you.

there is no base for happiness.
its inbuilt
one has to be happy always, it is in his hands.
just be every moment, even in moment of sorrow.
when sorrow comes u shoul be cool.no doubt u won't be happy at that time but u should be cool enough to handle that situation.
if worry lingers u even after that situation u will not be happy.
