In other words, is a person guilty of infidelity even when there is no physical contact?

I'll tell you what, if that qualified as cheating, no one should ever marry or even bother dating. In fact, we should just go ahead and moan the name of the person we are thinking about instead of who we are with while we are here qualifying mere thoughts as full cheating! I think dedication to who you are with is totally acceptable, but we are also human. Pretend no one could imagine...we'd risk many people getting bored with who they are with real fast and that could increase the frequency of true cheating.

The bible says that when you thik about doing something wrong it`s allready a sin!!!! I think he is just not completely satisfied in the bedroom! When you masturbate and then fantasize about a seleb or some hot chick you know it`s different but when the two of you have sex it should be about just the two of you and nobody else! SO! Do something about it and make it more interesting for the both of you in the bedroom. Maybe it will go so well that he will fantasize about you when he has his alone time. I know i do!!!!

Its not cheating at all until you tell your own life partner, as women are naturaly count not take the reality if the get to know her husband think or even dreams about other womens sometimes even their mother in laws...so keep it secret and dont stop fantasize you famous actress.

Of course not, then every man (and woman) would be guilty of infidelity. It is only natural to fantasize. In fact, it often enhances the enjoyment of both partners.

I don't think we are cheating someone on feeling attracted by another person....I think, isn't right, if we feed this attraction, with fantasies and allow it to control our minds until the point of not appreciating and not valuing the 'real' one, whom has been next to us.
If you feel attracted by someone, and you keep feeding this feeling, by getting on contact with the person for example, than you are starting to relate with the person (because of your feeling)... it is a beginning of cheating. This way, you are looking for an opportunity with the person, or at least, trying to create an opportunity, than I see it as cheating, even without no physical contact. The cheating is the idea in our mind, the we decided to feed because of a desire. I think.

I believe that when you allow your mind to entertain wrong ideas you are crossing the line, it is just like when you are in a conversation with someone and they start a topic that you know you should not be a part of you either leave the room or don't get into the conversation, and if you really have balls you say hey this isen't the place for that kind of talk. I have had to do that myself and you know, I feel good about respecting my marriage enough to stand up for it.

No I think everyone has fantasies they are healthy however I do think that if you are chatting online with someone else or having phone sex then that is a form of cheating because if you really felt right about what u were doing you wouldn't feel the need to hide it.

No ofcourse not! You can't control what a person is thinking. As long as he isn't actually considering cheating on his wife then a simple fantasy is harmless. It isn't just men. What am I supposed to think when I see a hot guy? I always think "well he's attractive", but I'd never cheat on my boyfriend.
