Why isit bosses always predict that whatver they said is correct and they do not need any explanation from their staff?

because they like being right. They are power hungry and enjoy showing it off.

Some bosses, no, most bosses do not know how to lead. All they know to do is dominate and puff up like a fat frog.

what you do when they start that crap is: play like your the idiot!!! "OH!!...i'm sorry...i thought it was this way....i guess i didnt understand it on my end" Then, secretly inquire the info elsewhere: another boss, policy guidelines, etc...make it seem like you are learning from them at first...then when you 'attempt' to do it their way, tell them your having problems getting things done due to errors from other depts, what the policy states, etc OR state that he wasnt available to assist you and so you went and asked another supervisor to help....when you get someone else to state something differently, wait for your boss and 'ask' for their help in doing it their way...you can then 'act' like ur the idiot but when the correction is from another sup, hr, etc, AND it's done IN FRONT OF YOU, you put their butt in place, don't piss them off, and u looked like their employee not going over their head...it's all about perception...some are idiots....

It depend if the boss is a controlling jack you cant convince him but some you can.
