The 4th Hokage is going to be Naruto's Father.
Jiraiya was talking to Tsunade about her becoming the Fifth. They said how much, he reminds them of the Fourth.
I think it's funny that Jiraiya was the Fourth's Jonin instructor as well. The pictures of the Fourth as a child looks like Naruto.
