i blocked the person or i changed my id and let all my friends know

YES I was talking to one guy that lives in the same city as I do. he knew where i lived and even my phone number. still hiding from him. I did NOT give him any of the info.
Just try to avoid them at all cost

Yes. I logged off. He kept hounding me to give him my phone number. It creeped me out.
