I mean, some men just deceive women for sex or for certain reasons. And then women get hurt. How could they be so cruel?

Betrayal hurts terribly, yet punishment seldom heals the wound. Healing comes rather through loving, supportive relationships and re-discovery of life meaning. If there is a punishment you seek, the best punishment is discovering how to live well and to demonstrate your capacity to overcome the wound.
How can men be so cruel? ...Because they are; we all have that capacity within. We can only hope ...pray that more of us choose paths that help us evolve rather than wallow.

Sorry if you got hurt but, without knowing all the circumstances, its difficult to make an objective comment.
Two things spring to mind - one is that men often want something different from a relationship than a woman, and the second is that it takes two to tango unless a rape took place.

The best thing the women should do is to be aware of such things and she should be able to know the guy some how.

If you don't have sex before marriage you don't get hurt in that way. Seems smart to me.
