The world would collapse and we would in any case be no more. The phenomenon of death is an essential requirement to sustain life.

Presuming that the body will somehow resolve the issue of natural cellular decay etc (which causes many of the "died in their sleep" sort of deaths), and everyone remains physically capable (to produce essential goods and services), then you'd have to look at the mental deterioration side of things.
If there was no way to halt the downhill cognitive slide, then the vast majority of people would probably go senile. With an aging population (and one which would have to resort to a strict no-breeding policy), eventually there would be nobody to look after those who have lost their marbles, as the amount of people with a sensible mind would be minimal. Starvation would be the natural progression from this result.
Then again, I might be wrong...
If people's mental faculties did remain intact, then your best bet for an answer would have to lie somewhere like in the Christian Old Testament (Genesis) where people lived hundreds of years without undue physical and/or mental deterioration.
Given this situation, the controlling bodies of the world would need to resort to strict population control (read: no offspring at all). From there, you would have to examine the social repercussions of the whole thing. Only under a pure communist ("for the greater good...") environment would people put up with this sort of draconian measure.
Living in the current first world "I'll do whatever I want, mo-fo's!" community, there'd be riots, civil wars and all sorts of underground movements, causing quite a few deaths which would deal with the problem for a short while.

Anything which is started it is going to end of it. The wheel of time never stops. If this stoped then the end of earth will come very soon. If we dont die there will no space left to live on the earth. Everyone will be very tired and old. Nobody will want to live in that situation. Everyone will not go to kill anyone but everyone will ask to another to kill him or they will attemp suicide.

I think Luke P's answer is more correct except that he messed up by saying that the situation will course some "few deaths". The fact is that even with those civil wars - what if we don't die! So look no further than his answer!
