He's a quitter. I don't know why he even took the Miami job if his heart wasn't in it. He let the Fins fans down, and I'd be mad if I was one.

Who cares about this guy. I don't understand why NFL keeps hiring college coaches. The only one to make a successful transition was Jimmy Johnson in Dallas. Saban sucked as a Pro coach, so I am glad to see him go to college where he belongs.

Clearly, he wanted the Alabama job but journalists just asked the same question over and over and it just forced him to answer by saying he's not going to do it. Obviously, it would have been innappropriate to talk about the Alabama job at that time, as he was still in the season with the Dolphins, but the journalists just don't get it and pester them so much sometimes, it forces them to say things they later regret.

And in the end, who really cares? The Dolphins can get a new coach.

He just signed a $32 million dollar contract with a total payout, walk away clause. He gets every dime even if he quits halfway throught the first game. The biggest, highest payout coaches contract in college football history.

He got hella paid.

Don't hate.

Jealousy is an ugly thing.

He could either walk this year, and get damn good money to do so, or next year, the Miami fans would scream for him to be fired after another subpar performance. Which would you pick?

I think if he's more comfortable coaching kids who aren't arrogant assholes under contract then let him. Call him what you want, but he's getting paid for something he loves to do with or without your approval. He did piss me off when he left LSU though, but as you can see from the Rose Bowl, we sure as hell don't need him in Louisiana.

I don't know why it surprises anyone he does this same thing every 2 or 3 years.

Chase that money baby!

What would you do if you got offered a job making more money, have loyalty to your present business;they would let you go if they had to cut coasts. Don't take it personal it was just business.

so what he just played the media talk game, you gotta do that in buisness especially in pro football since the media so far up there underpants anyway.
