The last seat in the back of the aircraft..does it recline? Or is the seat not movable?

It does not recline.

Nope, the back seat cannot recline -- usually the wall from the rear restrooms are just behind those seats.

It depends on the aircraft. Most 747s and 757s have stationary back seats. Some luxury airliners have the back row away from the wall so they recline.

I've flown on United, Southwest and ATA. They all have stationary back seats.
