I don't know exactly of sites but the best way to find a price guide is to find a magazine called Scrye. It has price guides in it for Yu-gi-oh!, Pokemon, Magic:The Gathering, and the other smaller games that have come out recently. Hope that might help some.

Just go to your local card/comic store. There should be quite a few (at least there are where I live). Just go up to the counter and show the guy (or girl) the cards and ask if they buy.
