I would suggest taking her regular pellets that you have been using and soak them with any vitamins you have been using with warm water. I would not suggest changing what she eats, not even the brand as sometimes changes in diet can cause gastrointestinal problems and the fact that her body is or was under attack by a bacteria and the stress of treating and vet visits and teeth pulling can compound the likelihood of problems. I think your main concern right now is reducing stress so her body can rebound.
Good luck to you

One of my rabbits had all her front teeth removed and ate what all the others did. The only change was I cut her vegetables into smaller pieces. She ate leafy greens, carrots, hay and even pellets with no problem.

It sounds like you're talking about her front teeth, but rabbits have a whole lot of other teeth way back in their mouth that they use to grind food up with. The front teeth are really only used for cutting which is why you'll need to make sure she has small pieces she can pick up easily.

There's some pictures here so you can see just how far back the teeth are in the mouth

The best thing about a rabbit with no front teeth is you don't have to be so worried about them nipping cords around the house! I've lost 3 phone lines, 1 set of speakers and a modem that way.

As a vet myself, you need to buy gerber, yes I know baby food and put it on a spoon, then set it in front of the rabbit hoping it eats, if not, ask your local vet, becuase that always works with my patients so if it doesn't ask.

awww you may have to grind carrots and put them in her water bottle feeder...then as she drinks she gets the carrots nutrients into her system...kinda like tube feeding a baby...i dunno what else to say...maybe your local vet has ideas to feed the poor thing.
