I would say between 16 and yearly 20's. Just my personal opinion.

For me, between the ages of 11-24 . I was horny all the time. Now, at 27, I could care less if I get sex or not. lol
I know you think 11 is young, but there are tons of 11 year olds who's hormones are starting to rage and they think about sex all the time. I NEVER had sex til I was 17 yrs old, but I always thought about it. From 17-24, I was a total nympho! lol
For all those people our there who say women hit their peak at 40, they don't know what they are talking about. It's bull. People's natural hormones are raging in their teens(boys and girls)..By the time you hit 40, it's not as forceful.

For me it was in my 30s.
Due to my screwed up hormones from PCOS, I NEVER had sexual feelings until after I went on the Pill at 30.
Still on the Pill at 44, my peak went away at 43.

i dont know but ive alway wanted sex big time since i was 14 and am 25 now.
