I'm not exactly sure what kind of range you have, but I'll give this a shot. You might try "How Do You Like Me Now" by Toby Keith. It's certainly something you can really get into. I'd also suggest "Live Like You Were Dying" by Tim McGraw or "Hicktown" by Jason Aldean. Finally, these last three aren't country, but are guaranteed to bring down the house - Sweet Home Alabama, Mustang Sally, or Zoot Suit Riot. Good luck!

Jimmy Buffett's "Why Don't we get Drunk and Screw"
He's not really country, but this song has a definite 'twanginess' and that country sound. And it is a real crowd pleaser.

i have NEW favorite )of an older song i'm working on: alan jackson's "the blues man"... a powerful love song w/ lots of vocal range, the real b****h is the timing! it's awkward, but the girls don't notice little miscues.
another one the girls swoon over is g. brooks' cover of dylan's "to make you feel my love", again a little rangy, but a piece of cake to pull off. " amie" (pure prairie league) is a good foot tapping tune that people in general know.
i go more for appealing to the women than i do for the "crowd".
