Anywhere you can find a cheap flight with ryanair.
My favourite one is London. If you can't find it in London, you can't find it.
Paris...with your girlfriend.
Amsterdam...if you smoke.
Brussels is interesting but a little bit shabby.
Spain is my home country, so, I wouldn't go just at weekends. But there are as many as 800,000 British already living there! So, it must be interesting...because they went fr a weekend and, finally they stayed. Be careful!
By the way, is it too obvious or may I ask why you are kissing only girls? Can men feel discriminated?

If you wish a better and warmer climate I would choose
Southern Portugal (Algarve), and for historical events
and culture, good food best chocolate go to Belgium
(more expensive but worth every penny, however stay
in the French Zone and concentrate on Brussels and Brugge.
Brugge, in my opinion, is the nicest spot in all Europe. If you
drive, rent a car and "bon voyage".

spain and portugal is great for a weekend. you can fly from here to lisbon or madrid. your last leg of flight would be from new york to these two cities. you can try london too which is a straight flight from new york, too.
if you change your mind and want to go south, costa rica is wonderful!

Please get your ridiculously handsome chisled face off my screen - thanks. I'd say... for a good weekend... Prague or one of the other "Eastern" European cities emerging as safe and clean and tourist friendly cities. Cheap (well not rip-off) and good fun - with their own geniunely cultural flavour and old style architecture.
