My friend wears glasses coz he's myopic and has never worn a pair of sunnies coz a couple of eye doctors tell him that it's going to make his eye problem even worse. he really wants to especially when the day's so bright and sunny.
Any advice?

I'm near-sighted. I always wear sunglasses. In the last few years, my eyesight has actually gotten BETTER.
His docs must be a bit crazy.

My eye doctor encourages people to wear sunglasses. Some-
times, young people get cataracts because they don't wear
sunglasses. The direct sunlight is not good for your eyes.
Wear your sunnies.

There are prescription sun glasses, also there are the ones that tint on their own in the bright sunlight.
