yeah I always ask myself why am I thinking about this right now? And its always something that makes you wish the people around you cant read minds.

Yes. But when I get this way, I just stop thinking about it and try to find a distraction. Or I'll call a friend. Friends help to put things into perspective when you think you're going to go nuts with these thoughts. :)

Yesterday I played totem tennis with my daughter. Its a game where you hit a tennis ball around a pole on a string. Anyway when I went to bed all I could think about was this tennis ball spinning aroung in my head. Took me ages to get to sleep. I had to try to think about nude women.

Most of the time. My thoughts don't scare me, but I worry a lot. Sometimes I wish I had a button to turn it all off.

man I have the most racy thoughts I'm so sick of them. I just want 1 just 1 day where I Don't think about anything even somewhat important.

yes that is why i write in journals since i was younger to many clutter my mind i have to write them down so i can go back and read them
