this guys has it out for me, he is bigger than me and has almost knocked me out in one punch before. i cant beat him and all my friends are on probation. so they cant help. the cops wont even help either. i have a wife to protect and i dont know when hes going to strike. what do i do?

im not the bad guy, he is some crazy kid x roomate who skiped out without paying any rent. he owed me like 900 bucks so i pawned his guitar. and made back like 100 of it.so he wants to kick my ***. and im under 21 so i cant bare arms. the cops dont care in this city there to many other biger fish out there. and he is in a gang of sort.

what if i were giving advice to the wrong guy?
you may have raped his little sister, I don't know, you didnt say.
you didnt say why all your friends are on probation, did you all have a gang that terrorized neighbor hoods and caused property damage?
for all i know you may need a butt kicking.
be honest if you are guilty and deserve a kicking take it like a man. if you are completely innocent you have the right to defend yourself.

Cops wont help? You can get a restraining order, then they will help. You also have the right to bare arms, if he's on your property make him wish he wasn't. A dog will bark if anyone comes on your property so that can help. Taser can be a great safe self defense.
