I can't tell you as I am in S. California. But what you can do is call Home Construction companies in the area you are looking for; speak to the receptionist as she is the one who will be doing the running around to find out your information for you. Just tell her that want to know the price per Sq foot for what your looking for. If you can't find what you are looking for from her, got to another company. You should get rates from at least 3 people and average the rates out. That should give a reasonable rate to expect.
