The Cowboys pass defense has looked bad in their past 4 games. The Colts run defense has looked bad all year.
Dallas's defense is ranked 13th. The Colts defense is ranked 21st.

Well, the Cowboys defense can definitely play worse than the Colts and lately often do, but a good kick in the pants could get them back to what they can be and used to be. Good night, Roy Williams missing tackles? See what I mean! Lately the Boys can't cover to save their lives. We need to rent out T.O. to whoever the Cowboys play, then his dropped passes would ease our secondary. The Cowboys need every advantage going into the playoffs.

Statistically, Indy's defense is worse against the run (2,768 yards, 20 TDs, vs. Dallas' 1,659/12) and Dallas' is worse against the pass (3,506 yards, 28 TDs vs. Indy's 2,548/16).
The answer to your question depends on what team each team is playing. Kansas City is a worst-case scenario for Indy in the first round; Seattle vs. Dallas is a more favorable matchup, but Hasselbeck can still attack Dallas' defense.

Not even close - the Colts. Their defensive line is a sieve. The linebackers and corners are pretty good, but not nearly as dominant a defense as the Cowboys.

For 2/3rds of the season Dallas had one of the best D's in football. They have been awful as of late.
But Indy has had a horrible Defense ALL year. Anyone with any knowledge of Football would say Indy.

Many say the colts, but I still can't get over how the Saints killed the Cowboys. So I'll say the Cowboys.

Defintaly the Colts-they have one of the best offense in the league but they just cant stop people they for sure wont win the super bowl
