Personally I'd go for another Libra, or a Leo or Taurus.
Sagittarius is too unpredictable for me.
Leo needs to be boss, but I can't be subordinate
Virgo is quite boring
Gemini kills my mind.
Aries is too brash.
Taurus and Libra love beauty, and taurus is a stbilising influence.
Libra & Libra can be cooing lovebird, but beware of games and boredom

I am a Libra, and based on my experience, my best relationships have been with Aquarius, but the ones I fall for, that I can never have, tend to be Scorpios.
For friends, I have a lot who are Libras and Sagitarius.
