Goto the creative web cam page below and look at the pictures of the different cam you have.

Then goto the support page and download the drivers for it.

go to the creative site that i have listed, i assumed u were in the states, and then select what device u have to get the drivers

if u arent from the states, from creative.com at the top select on support. and then select on drivers

go to creative labs web site and download the drivers from there.

the easiest way is access creative's support page:
http://www.creative.com/language.asp?sDestUrl=/support/downloads

then select your camera's model and driver, install, and videoconference away.

once u put the disk in it should say install if it dosent ... try somthing else srry if it dosent work :-)
