Yes, they pretty much do all feel the same. Why do men cheat, then? Far too many reasons to list here, but most can be summed up with one comment: There is much more to a woman than her vagina, and much more to sex than insertion and ejaculation.
There is much more to a man than his penis, too. Men have ego's, fears, longings and lust, and if a woman isn't meeting all of those needs, he MAY actively or by accident find a way to meet those needs with someone else.
If you're a man thinking of cheating, or a woman worried about your man cheating, you need to talk openly and probably see a counselor to help you both understand why that is the case.

i've never cheated, so i can't really answer that part of the question.
do they all feel the same? well, hmmm, physically, they probably are all quite similar. but sex and love are more than just physical.. it's about love and emotion.
for me, getting physically intimate without love would be meaningless and i will never do it.

Umm.. well. My experience is: No, they don't. And cheating has nothing to do with feeling. It has nothing to do with breast size, hair color or yearly income. What it has to do with: Old vs. New. Men who cheat are looking for the next conquest. End of story.
