there are some band artists who are quite nice, but they are not great. I need a great band.

I know what you mean mate but Oasis are still going strong. There's never going to be another like them. The fact my generation has had the privelage of having their music makes me feel propa lucky. We dont need another great band when we've still got them.

Oasis was the Fab Five so maybe they were the next Beatles from an earlier standpoint. Eventually there's going be someone talented with a Beatlesque Oasislike sound.

I think the Killers are pretty good.
Like Oasis is a throw back to the grooves of the sixties, the Killers are a throw back to the arena synth rock of the eighties. Not only that, their lead singer, Brandon Flowers, has the attitude of a Gallager brother (not the drugs-- but his place in the music world)

The killers, kasabian, arctic monkeys are all good bands but at the moment i don't think there are any bands around that are going to be as fantastic as oasis

No, there is only one Oasis or any other band. That really bugs me when people say that.

OASIS my frend just keep listening to them. l really loved the new album n its got me full of anticipation that Oasis are going to deliver more great albums for years to come...God willing of course:-) peace
