Animals don't wear clothes because they don't need to keep warm against the cold as much as humans do, and also, animals are not ashamed of being naked!

I see animals all the time with clothes on. I saw a dog yesterday with this cute little outfit on, it even wore a hat.

Well, only the simians have the opposable thumbs necessary to manufacture the clothing.
And fur works just fine.
