i used a 7" mason blade for a circular saw to cut my pavers. don't force the blade into the block, just apply constant pressure and let the blade do the work. depending on how thick the block is, you can eather cut or score and break the blocks

go buy an angle grinder and get a dry cutting diamond blade to cut the blocks. That is much cheaper than buying a big saw. For installation you'll want a tamped bed of sand to lay the blocks. Then fill cracks with sand and vibrate until you cant fill holes anymore.

Use a mason blade and cut them according to your desired shape and size. Make sure that you choose marble pavers. They are perfect!

go to a tool rental place and rent a tile saw. first lay all the whole blocks and mark all the ones that have to be cut, make sure you ask how the saw works when you go to rent it, they require water to keep the blade cool, and cut the blocks as fast as you can get it done to keep the rental cost down.
