I need cell phone help?

I am from Fairborn, Ohio. And this is for anybody that has A cricket cell phone. I cannot acess my cell phone voice mail. I have tried the last 4 digits of my number. And that did not work. When I call it, it says to enter your mailbox number. What is that. If you know please help.

Try calling 611, that's usually tech support for the service your on.
